Business Storage FAQs
Can I store business inventory in a storage unit?
Yes. Overflow inventory, tools, equipment, and archived records are all standard uses, and gate access runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Units are for storage rather than for operating a storefront or a workshop.
Can I get into my unit outside office hours?
Yes. Your gate code works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can load in before a job or restock after hours without waiting on anyone.
Is climate control available for records and electronics?
Yes. Our climate-controlled units are 10x10 and hold steady temperatures through Kentucky summers and winters, which suits paper records, electronics, and stock that does not do well in an unconditioned space.
Which unit size fits my business?
We run three sizes: 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20. A 10x10 handles file boxes and light stock, a 10x15 takes shelving and seasonal inventory, and a 10x20 holds equipment, pallets, or a work vehicle. Call us at (270) 600-8922 and we will match your inventory to the right space.
How do I rent a unit for my business?
Choose an available unit size on our rent page and complete the rental online. Online rentals and online bill pay are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How is the facility kept secure?
Entry is through a coded gate, and digital video surveillance cameras cover the property. Your unit takes your own lock, so you hold the only key.
Can I drive up to the unit to load pallets and tools?
Yes. Every drive-up unit has a roll-up door at ground level, so you back a truck or trailer to the door and load direct. No hallways, no elevators, and no carrying stock across a lot.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
Yes. Boxes, locks, and packing materials are available onsite. Call ahead at (270) 600-8922 to confirm what is in stock before you make the trip.
